Our club was established in February 2009 as a way to promote wrestling and provide high-level coaching to wrestlers in the western part of North Carolina.  We are governed by a Board of Directors according to our club by-laws.  Working with our athletes is a group of experienced coaches who can teach the skills of wrestling at the highest level.



Our Mission is to support wrestlers and their coaches at area schools such as Tuscola and Pisgah High Schools, and Waynesville, Canton and Bethel Middle Schools.  Wrestlers from other area schools are welcome to join our club.  We also want to introduce wrestling to younger students (K through 6th grade) who might have an interest in the sport.



Wrestling is an excellent way for young people to stay fit and active.  Everyone is welcome to participate.  In our club, no one is cut from the team and no one sits on the bench.  All wrestlers can participate both in practices and in tournaments.
